It started with a Carolina Reaper plant and a dare. My wife brought it home, and what began as one plant turned into years of testing, tasting, and reformulating in small batches — using locally sourced ingredients and peppers we grow ourselves, including Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Bhut Jolokia, and Ghost Pepper.

Three years, one devoted following, and a lineup that's grown to nine distinct sauces — each one seducing you differently, none of them innocent. From mild and inviting to seriously dangerous, every bottle is built around its own personality instead of a generic "hot sauce" formula.
